Expel
air rapidly, hold briefly. Inhale very deeply, hold, and

Turn deosil to North. With athame, trace Pentagrams, visualizing them as White Flame,
starting at top point, moving down to lower left point, completing in the usual way that a star is traced. Doing this turn
