Hilton Armstrong is a Libertarian Nationalist, and friend of journalist Garrett Valdison, who appears in all of the Revolution series. Hilton works with Garrett on some projects, but in this volume we see how he engages in other ventures of his own, which in following the principle of leaderless resistance, he keeps completely to himself.
