China too, has recently been suffering from an ongoing invasion from all nations to the south, including the island nations, all the way to Australia. This is because of the prosperity in China since the fall of Communism.

The quality of the people invading China is very much less than that of the resident Chinese. Most of the nations from which they come are either communist or fascist, not a mega threat, but an ongoing annoyance, like diseased rats in one’s house or barn.

The Congress of China convenes in Canton. Inspired by the recent events involving the Pan European Alliance, it is decided that action will be taken. The legions of national improvement will go in as infantry.
