The Libertarian Premise: It is wrong to unjustly encroach
upon any creature or the environment to the detriment of any living thing. Most people agree with this premise. The disagreement is
over what constitutes encroachment.
The innate love of liberty and the concession of this
to others is what we may call the Libertarian Impulse. Depending upon the degree of spiritual development, the individual
either manifests this or does not. We know that it is unjust to unnecessarily kill, assault, coerce, rob, defraud, slander,
or otherwise encroach upon any living creature. Calling these acts by other names and programming an ignorant majority
to agree that they are necessary or permissible does not change their nature. To do evil is to trespass unnecessarily upon
the liberty of any living organism. Historically this principle has been called the Golden Rule.
Introduction
Perhaps the most noble
and heroic trait of mankind is the innate impulse towards individual liberty. It works very well because it is both self-serving
and generous. In the past this impulse has often been obscured by events. The hindsight we now enjoy, because of massive historical
changes of the past two centuries, especially the last three decades, enable us to see that most social philosophers of the
past have been wrong about the "cycles" of history.
The very long term trend is, and always has been, towards increased individual liberty in the creation of human societies. The history of Man as exemplified by the great nations of the Earth has proceeded in the following way: Hunter Gatherer Bands - The dawn of civilization. To secure advantages Man organizes.
Strong centralized control. Exploitation leads to revolution.
Industrial Socialism - Capital base is slowly generated. Exploitation leads to further
revolution.
Democracy with Capitalism - Populace develops intellectually. Libertarian refinements follow.
Libertarian Capitalist Republic - Highest known potential for human societies (1).
The premise here is that the highest evolutionary destiny for all living things can best be manifested by continuing peace and prosperity in the human sector, and that all moral people want this. Most believe that such a condition, sustained on a worldwide basis, is an impossible utopian ideal. It is, however, only the current activities of governments which keep us from this very natural and easily attainable condition. People who mock Libertarians today are the exact modern equivalent of the slave owners who mocked Abolitionists in the nineteenth century, attempting to justify the vile institution of slavery by claiming that it would not exist if it were not "God's Will." Virtually everybody now realizes what jack-asses these people were. The struggle for liberty today has simply gone to a higher level of refinement. It has been wrongly said that most situations are neither black nor white, but gray. They are in fact, almost always black or white, and there is usually one best way of handling them. What is gray are people and people's muddled perceptions of situations, these usually reflecting some combination of ignorance, societal brainwashing, and the individual's own short term selfish interests. Liberty, in fact, always works best. This book explains how and why. Educated people know that a Libertarian Capitalist system can achieve worldwide harmony without treating anyone unjustly. No individual sacrifice is required. All that is necessary is to elect Libertarians to all government offices at the same time. Once this happens, most of the large scale trouble on Earth will soon be over. This may seem like a very grandiose claim at this juncture, but will be fully substantiated as the reader progresses. There are very few who will openly admit to preferring a world continually disrupted by economic upheaval and war. There are, however, some who do prefer this, and they are running things. This is not "cynicism" or "pessimism" but irrefutable fact. The result is a world being ravaged by war (2), choked by pollution and the rapid disproportionate proliferation of non-self-sustaining people. The situation is caused by collectivist governments financed and manipulated by a certain parasitic segment of the international banking community who profit from everything that is going wrong on this planet. "Lending requires spending" and that is their only political objective - simply to influence politicians to spend money. To gain total monopolistic control of this lending extravaganza they are deliberately moving us headlong towards a collectivist one world government. The "New World Order" is not merely a label for the post Desert Storm
political climate. It is a term coined in the early years of the twentieth century to describe these long-term monopolistic
goals. The individual names of the pirates involved in this are not mentioned here because that has been done already by
others. Besides, most of what they do is legal and unredressable in the courts.
Something far more important however, is revealed here - the peaceful and
legal means to their absolute and permanent defeat. Happily this won't hurt them a bit, because the total prosperity resulting
from world Libertarianism will give them greater financial opportunities than ever, plus the chance to earn their money honorably
for a change.
The biggest problem in educating people about these matters is to overcome the brainwashing. The average person thinks of the 20th Century as a standard of normalcy against which to evaluate current events. This is a good example of how ignorance feeds apathy. In actuality the 20th Century was an unprecedented ongoing parade of unnecessary wars and economic upheaval. None of the bad things had to happen and would not have if people were even moderately vigilant. It was all a direct result of international finance manipulating human apathy for their own profit. The slave mentality may well brag that his country is more prosperous than those that are even worse off, but will never contemplate the fact that without the unnecessary financial interference of banker monopolists that his own country would have been vastly more prosperous. We don't buy the old standard "It's OK because we're all in the same boat" excuse. The more people that are hurt, the more reason there is to change things. The triumph of Libertarianism does not depend upon a moral reformation of
society except in the final stages of Socialist degeneration. Even in a declining Democracy there is still time to educate
a majority of the voters that simply adopting Libertarian Capitalist methods will result in a much higher standard of
living for everybody without anyone having either to work harder or to steal.
There is no speculation, philosophy, or anecdote presented here, only facts and proven principles. Everything said can be corroborated through experience or further research, and applies in various measure to every country on Earth. After making those basic efforts necessary for survival of self and family,
one of the first concerns for any moral individual living in a society which unjustly interferes with human potential is to
change that society. Mere adaptation to immorality is cowardice. Part of living well is to actually spend some time working
to make the world a better place. "Ignorance persisting in service to chaos effectively
becomes treason." It has been said that anyone who is not a Libertarian is not because of one
of three reasons: ignorance, immorality, or both. The truth of this becomes increasingly clear with every election. "Crooked
people elect crooked leaders promising crooked solutions, and then complain." The author is a patriotic American citizen. The principles discussed in this volume however, apply everywhere and are presented here for everyone on Earth. There are one or two clearly indicated places where the USA is used specifically as an example. Avoid website overlap. If the reader has completed all sections under "Seek and Destroy" then there is nothing left to read except the Credits below and Section V about the WLO. Part I Liberation of Society This is a collection of self-contained aphorisms written at different periods and later put into meaningful sequence. This section explains in detail the superior workability of Libertarian Capitalist principles in all areas of society, often using specific examples. There are many instances where the author is deliberately general, even cryptic, in order to hold up a mirror wherein many may view the adverse effects of their actions upon society without feeling that they, or anybody else, is being individually targeted for undue criticism. Apologies in Part I, especially the first chapter, for the feeling of overkill. For light reading this material should be sprinkled through several books. A friend once told me "A good teacher is someone who can say the same thing fifteen different ways" and of course, some will prefer one way to another. Think of this section as a choice of weapons. Part II Liberation of the World "New Look at Western Civilization" is a brief scan of certain vitally important,
but seldom contemplated, aspects of western world history. There is information about "The New World Order." Alternatives are discussed in "Superior Options Ahead." "Declaration of World Independence" is a spontaneous inspired writing which preceded most of the rest of this material. "Liberty Works Best Everywhere" addresses areas of everyday liberty not dealt with in Part I. "Worldwide Racial Displacement" and the next three sections on terrorism are especially relevant in light of recent history.
"Challenge of Street Terrorism" is relevant for city dwellers everywhere.
"Libertarian Nationalist Revolution" is a well organized bare-bones summary. It explains quickly what must be done for the implementation of natural order on Earth minus the details about how and why. Part III In the United
States
"Proposed Additions to the US Constitution" is self-explanatory and very brief.
"Survival in North America" is to make life more bearable for Libertarians
while the rest of society slowly wakes up. Much of the material in the fact sections are succinct summary from
other WLO writings, but the strategy sections are new.
Part VI The WLO
"History of the WLO" is a concise timeline selected from the author's
personal journal.
Reading one chapter at a time is best. This way the reader will have time to digest and reflect. Except for 7 and 9 in
Part I, plus 5 and 8 in Part II, an immediate second reading is highly recommended up to and especially including "Ten Steps
to World Libertarian Revolution."

Grateful thanks to our friends at UNR, CSN, and UNLV for their valuable help and support, especially Professor Gary Ogren. Back in 2003, Gary was known to me as the Ogre of UNLV and was working on his Ph.D. thesis, a truly exotic Norseman who wore Hawaiian shirts, taught psychology by day, and moonlighted as a conga drummer by night. Special tribute to Dirk A. Lokison, known in many quarters as "The Sun Warrior." He and his family were good friends, who in 1985, were murdered by radical Socialists in Canada. Without their international Libertarian affiliations and hard work, the WLO would probably have remained just an idea. Dirk is paraphrased occasionally here for his unpolished gems of militant Libertarian rage. People who have lost friends, loved ones, or their life savings because of collectivist government may well appreciate the ferocity of his anger. Libertarianism is, for some, a matter of life and death, not just a way of being among the intellectual avant guard. The author has kept the violence of Dirk's statements intact to help "fire the blood" of the reader, but then immediately follows with peaceful, solution-oriented commentary. Many thanks also to Bert Valdison who took over the membership drive in 1986 and helped us immensely until the WLO relocated to the West in 1998. Also to Robert White, publisher of "Economic Security Digest" for all the good information he brought to our attention.
Mr. White was murdered in Central America July,1988. One needn't be a rocket scientist to know why.
